Genevieve Trojanowski, 89
Toms River – Genevieve Trojanowski, 89, died Wednesday (January 27, 2010) at her daughter's home in Fanwood. Born and raised in Elizabeth, she was a longtime resident of Toms River.
Mrs. Trojanowski was employed by the Township of Toms River at the Winding River Skating Rink before retiring last year.
She was predeceased by her husband, Walter. She is survived by her daughter, Kathy Kapner and her husband, George; two granddaughters Diane Connelly and her husband, Chris; and Danielle Kapner; her great-grandson, William Walter Connelly; two sisters, Catherine Gill and Wanda Redzinak; and her brother, Edward Stefanik.
The funeral will be from Memorial Funeral Home, 155 South Ave., Fanwood, on Monday at 9 A.M. Then to St. Helen's R.C. Church, 1600 Rahway Ave., Westfield, for a funeral Mass at 10 A.M.
